The cost of your holiday needs to be paid in full upon booking.
We have a very fair cancellation policy if you need to cancel your booking (for all reasons not related to covid-19 restrictions)
If the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival then the £30 non refundable deposit will be held back from your refund.
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 6 days before arrival then then a charge equal to 50% of the booking will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the booking will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Payments are processed via secure card processing with stripe. The following cards are accepted: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.
*COVID-19* – In the event of restrictions put in place by the government that would mean you were unable to come for your holiday, the following policy is in place.
All bookings come with our covid guarantee. If covid restrictions mean you cannot travel, you will receive a full refund or free change of dates. There is no additional fees even if they dates you move to should be more expensive.
If at the time of your holiday, you have had a positive covid test, been exposed to the virus or been told to isolate by NHS track and trace, you MUST stay home. In this event please contact us immediately to re-arrange your holiday.
If possible, we ask that you provide a screenshot from the NHS track and trace app, on the day before your holiday, to reassure us that you are allowed to travel.
Strictly no charging of Electric cars or you will be asked to leave immediately and pay for the energy used out of your deposit. It is a fire risk for our wooden chalet. We have a smart meter so are capable of accurately monitoring this.
