To secure your booking we take a 50% deposit now and the remaining balance 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you are making a last minute booking, then the full payment is required at the time of booking.
We have a very fair cancellation policy if you need to cancel your booking. If the booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the arrival date than a service charge of £75 will be applied.
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks before the arrival date, then a charge equal to the full cost of the booking will be made. If the cancelled dates are resold within this 6 weeks or less period, then an appropriate refund will be given. This will be equivalent to the price that the dates are resold for. This may be less than your original purchase price.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
If at any point you are found in breach of our terms of agreement and are asked to leave the premises, then the full cost of the booking is charged.
Payments are processed via secure card processing with stripe. The following cards are accepted: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express (no extra charge).
Strictly no charging of Electric cars or you will be asked to leave immediately and pay for the energy used out of your deposit. It is a fire risk for our wooden chalet. We have a smart meter so are capable of accurately monitoring this.
